Shopfloor Training

Mario Carboni, team leader in skills development at Wilo, provides insights into how the Glück auf Dortmund initiative and the Scrum methodology are improving site processes. Vilo is working with FlipSight to improve training processes, with a focus on digitalisation and skills management. The platform offers QR code login, notifications and stakeholder updates and is due to be fully integrated by March. New functions and a research project to identify the skills required for competence development are planned for the future.
