ASM Integrated Smart Factory 

 

ASM is a leading manufacturer of assembly systems for electronics production and is the current overall winner in the benchmark competition "Factory of the Year". With its " Together #1 " initiative, the factory has made its supply chains more flexible and stabilized its value flows. In addition, the plant has a high degree of employee flexibility to be able to compensate for order fluctuations of ± 60 %. A whole series of "digital initiatives" are also designed to ensure that future leaps in performance and the vision of a smart supply chain can be realized.
