Germany's showcase factories live - Best example: SEW Eurodrive

Germany has many good factories. True pilgrimage sites, however, can be counted on one hand.

The SEW Eurodrive plants have been part of this for many years. Now SEW has once again invested a high three-digit million amount in its German factories, pushing the limits of what is possible: Two hours order throughput time for batch size 1 without finished goods warehouse. Flexible small factory units with a high level of problem-solving competence directly on the shop floor. Mobile assistance systems that make driverless logistics possible. And yet: the focus is on the human being as the conductor of value creation!
