If the method falls short of its expectations, the cause is almost always the same. There is a lack of example and support from the top. Lean leadership is the key to success.

The ams OSRAM phosphor plant in Schwabmünchen is known for its exemplary lean mindset and shares first-hand its practical experience.

Aim of the training

- Improving the value stream with the help of value stream mapping

The training is aimed at managers from all areas of the company who want to introduce or improve Lean in their area.
