Working Out Loud-Konferenz 2018 - Transformation der Arbeitswelt [Daimler]
The very first cross-company Working Out Loud Conference 2018 was the result of the successful cooperation between Robert Bosch GmbH and Daimler AG with the goal of learning from each other. Our Purpose was and still is to foster further collaboration within and between both companies. With Working Out Loud (WOL) as a mindset and a method the DigitalLife@Daimler Team wants to empower participants to change their perspective on collaboration and lay the foundation for a new work culture. The event was for #WOL Newbies and Experts to experience and work on various mindset and skillset topics. Inspiring Keynotes, Panels and interactive Workshops gave everyone the chance to learn and contribute at the same time.
