The learning journey visit on Digital Transformation at B/S/H was the trigger for the transfer workshop at WAGO, to which we would like to cordially invite you today. The goal of the workshop is to share experiences on how to systematically recognize and focus on the needs of the customer. In short: From product centricity to customer centricity as a big step towards digital transformation. B/S/H successfully uses the JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) method here. WAGO, as a member of our learning journey community, wants to learn from this. And you can be there "live".

The JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) method. Simple method - great effect

  • Customer centricity: define a common understanding of the customer and his needs in the team

  • Customer segmentation: Based on the JTBD method, an alternative form of customer segmentation is developing

  • Competitive view: JTBD sharpens the view of the competition and the relevant market

  • Product marketing: development of statements for addressing own customers with relevant product features

  • Innovation: New services and business models can be built on the basis of the insights gained.
