We are very pleased to invite you today to our first digital transfer workshop on 28 and 29 July 2020 with Festo SE & Co. KG. As a digital workshop team, we will jointly develop the industry 4.0 maturity level of Festo's Wiebelskirchen location in Saarland. As you can already see, a real challenge awaits us here! We will be coached by Johann Hofmann from Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR). By the way: MR won the first Industry 4.0 Award in Germany with Johann Hofmann. 

An important step in the introduction of Industry 4.0 is the question: Where do we stand today? How high is our level of maturity? The VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. - German Engineering Federation) has developed a model with 6 levels for this purpose, which supports a self-assessment to determine the current status and further development. Using the VDMA standard as a basis, we will systematically determine the industry 4.0 maturity level at Festo with you on screen in various individual and group work. Based on the current status, we will jointly draw up a process vision 2025 and a target concept. Be there online and interactively!
